Members must notify mt777 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected compromise of their account.

Bonus Balance is not directly withdrawable. Bonus funds become withdrawable only after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. mt777 reserves the right to void any withdrawal request where it determines that the applicable wagering requirements have not been satisfied, or where there is evidence of bonus abuse.
The mt777 platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion fees are charged by mt777 on PKR transactions; however, Members using bank transfers or digital wallets should check with their payment provider for any applicable fees.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by mt777 are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mt777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Member's use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise.
mt777's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mt777 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service interruptions, and force majeure events may affect platform availability. mt777 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, mt777 will make reasonable efforts to ensure the excluded Member does not receive promotional communications. Members may request closure of their mt777 account at any time by contacting mt777 support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Balance.
mt777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing; failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; or account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. In cases of closure due to Term breaches, mt777 may withhold balances pending investigation in accordance with its licensing obligations.
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. mt777 will notify the Member via registered email prior to applying a monthly inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts. The applicable fee amount is published in the Platform Fee Schedule available on the mt777 website. Members may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
mt777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, Members consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
mt777 will not sell, rent, or share Member personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without the Member's explicit consent. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary for the operation of the platform, including payment processors, game suppliers, and KYC verification providers, all of whom are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
